After implementing the strategy, it is important to collect and analyze the data so that it will help in understanding if the strategy is taking place in the organization or not. This will help in getting a positive or a negative result so that it will help in developing the key performance indicators (KPI), which can b e measured and monitored on an ongoing basis.
